누가 트래시 메탈을 발명했는가? Metal Hammer지에 재밌는 기사가 올라왔다. "누가 트래시 메탈을 발명했는가?" Who invented thrash metal? Motörhead나 Venom이 트래시 메탈에 영향을 미친 밴드이긴 하지만 본격적인 트래시 메탈로는 보기 어렵다. 더 빠르고 강력한 본격적인 트래시 메탈의 탄생은 1983년 Metallica의 데뷰 앨범 'Kill 'Em All'이란 평가에 큰 이견은 없다. Am I Evil?
