Vashti Bunyan은 남자 친구와 함께 스코틀랜드 북서쪽 끝에 있는 Long Island 섬 해안가인 Outer Hebrides로 마차 여행을 떠난다.
무려 650마일, 1,046km에 이르는 거리다.
이 먼 거리를 그냥 여행도 아닌 마차 여행이다.
여행은 2년이 걸렸다.
이 여행에서 만난 사람들, 풍경, 감상을 담아 1970년 첫 솔로작 'Just Another Diamond Day'를 발표한다.
사연만 들어도 알 수 있듯 범상치 않다.
브리티쉬 포크 대표 앨범이자 명반으로 꼽힌다.
